I’m going to take a leap here and say Johnny Hates Jazz’s, Shattered Dreams is my all-time favorite 80’s one-hit-wonder jam (Breathe in. Damn that was a mouthful). Anytime I need a lift, I throw Johnny on and suddenly my disappointment seems small and minuscule. Considering ole Johnny got hashed over by some chica in the song, the uplifting feeling is inevitable, I guess. I think it’s all about managing expectations, right?
